Announcement of Registration for New Students: Admission of Vacancies.

The Secretariat of Academic Affairs congratulates the students admitted to the various faculties of the university for the academic year 2022-2023 and wishes them a bright academic future.
The announcement states that registration for new students for the 2022 intake will begin on Monday, January 2, 2023, and will continue until Thursday, January 12, 2023. It is noted that lists of unregistered students will be published on Saturday, January 14, 2023, for removal, allowing opportunities for other students.
The registration process occurs through the following steps.
Required documents:
- The national ID number and four photographs
Registration procedures
- Withdraw the registration form from the registrar’s office and open the file
- Financial management and paying for tuition and registration fees through authorized channels. These channels include:
– Bank counters at the university
– All branches of Faisal Bank
– All branches of Omdurman National Bank
– The Ocash application
– The Fawry application
– The iPay application - Conducting a medical examination at the health unit affiliated with the university.
- Student Supervision Office (Card Procedures – Review of Regulations – Acknowledgment Signature).
- Return the registration form and other documents to the registrar’s office to be placed in the file.
